Giveaway worth $322....whaaat?!

So...this isn't as exciting as my giveaway, but was skippin' around some photos and found these from my mom's b-day back in October.  I LOVE making and receiving homemade gifts!!!!  I wanted to make something special for her so here's what my kooky self came up with:

Magnetic Board - Bought canvas mounted on a frame, adhered magnetic sheets onto canvas, covered with designer paper, embellished with flowers and cricut cut-outs.  The magnets are actually hooks that had a sticky backing to glue to your wall.  I scraped off the sticky stuff and VOILA!  You have magnets!

Coordinating Card - of course, how could your card not coordinate?! haha  Embossed with cuttlebug folders and lightly brushed across a darker ink pad to pop the embossed image.

Stampin' Up! Quilted Birthday Card

This is a beautiful simple card that is really quick to make. You can use your patterned scraps of paper to make a gorgeous quilt effect. I used Stampin' Up paper, stamps, inks and punches.

How-to Video: Stampin' Up! Spinner Birthday Card

This is a really cute birthday card that I created, with a nice spinner touch. I also used a stamping technique called "Rock N' Roll", which I got from Stampin' Up. Just so you know, the 'In Colors' that I used for this card (the cardstock and marker) are only available until the end of December!! On a Pedestal

What a cute stamp set!  On a Pedestal was a birthday newcomer to the 2009 Stampin Up Catalogue.  I made this card for my mother-inlaw in like 10 minutes.  About 10 minutes before she arrived, I realized it was her birthday....AHHHH....so whipped up this baby quicktime.  I love glitter (and my scallop border punch) I used my versamark marker to make the dots, it's all about improvising..HA
